Your Kula Yoga YTT Manual is included with your training. You’ll just need to pick up three additional required books, and we’ll also share some optional favorites if you’d like to explore the topics even further.
Outside of the scheduled sessions above, you can expect to dedicate additional time to small homework assignments and readings, independent practice teaching, and completing in-studio class observations.
