Our all-level-friendly class offerings are simple and straightforward, so you know what to expect every time you arrive on your mat.
Power Vinyasa
Our specialty! During a Power Vinyasa class, teachers will create dynamic sequences that sync each breath with purposeful movement. You’ll experience a variety of poses that cultivate strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility. Every Power Vinyasa class is structured with seated poses, sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, breathwork, and ends with a sweet sweet savasana.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a like a moving meditation on your mat. In this slower-paced style, you’ll blend breath with deliberate movement, focus on your foundation and alignment, and hold poses for several breaths. Structured similarly to a Power Vinyasa class, but you’ll have more time to stretch and explore postures. Perfect for first-time yogis!

Buti® Yoga
Designed to help you get out of your head and into your body, this high-intensity class blends deep stretching, strength training, cardio bursts, and primal movement. Buti, an Indian Marathi word meaning "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret," is a fun, sweaty, and stress-releasing experience that leaves you feeling liberated and transformed physically, emotionally, and energetically. Power Sculpt
Power Sculpt combines strength training with our signature Power Vinyasa style for a complete full-body workout. You’ll move through traditional yoga poses, pilates-inspired movements, high-intensity intervals, and end with a cool-down stretch… all with the option to wear a set of Bala Bangle weights on your wrists or ankles for an added challenge!

Mat Pilates
Meet yoga’s core-loving best friend! This Mat Pilates class is the perfect complement to your yoga practice– think core stability, controlled movement, and mindful breath to help you build strength from the inside out. No equipment needed, just you and your mat!

Peak Pose Power Vinyasa
Take your Power Vinyasa practice to the next level! Flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, balance, and flexibility as you work toward a peak pose. With options to up-level or modify, you’ll have time to explore arm balances or inversions before settling into savasana.
CURRENTLY OFFERED ON A POP-UP BASIS
Yin Yoga
Take a deep breath and sink into the magic of Yin. In this class, you’ll target your fascia and deep connective tissues with long, juicy holds that strengthen, lengthen, and support your whole body. It’s the perfect balance to faster-paced workouts or yoga flows, and a beautiful way to tune into your thoughts, breath, and energy.

Community Flow
Community Flow classes are offered at least once a week for only $5 per class, because yoga accessibility is one of our core values at Nirvana. This is our most affordable option, but you can expect the same quality that you’d get at any other Nirvana class.
