We believe clear expectations create a better experience for everyone. Below you’ll find our cancellation policy and studio waiver, which apply to all students, regardless of membership type. When you create an account with Glofox, our booking platform, you are prompted to agree to the below:
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel or no show a pre-registered class less than 2 hours before the start time, a $12 late cancellation fee will be applied. Our cancellation policy applies to all students, including Unlimited Members and 30-Day Specials.
If you booked using a single class credit or a class pack and cancel more than 2 hours before class, the credit will be returned to your account. If the cancellation is made within the 2-hour window, the credit will be forfeited in addition to the $12 fee.
For events and workshops, if you cancel within the 2-hour window, you will still be charged the $12 fee, but the event ticket value will be applied to your account for future use.
To cancel, go to our scheduling page and login, then click “my profile” at the top right. You can see the classes you are scheduled for with a little “cancel” button next to them. You can do this on the Glofox app as well.
The doors will lock promptly at the start times of all classes, workshops, and events at Nirvana, and late entry is not an option. Please do not knock on the door, thank you for being considerate to your fellow community!

Liability Waiver
NIRVANA YOGA HOUSE LLC LIABILITY WAIVER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
I, [Participant's Full Name], acknowledge that my participation in yoga classes, workshops, events, or any other activities organized by Nirvana Yoga House LLC involves a certain degree of risk. I am aware that these activities require physical exertion, and I am participating voluntarily. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any yoga classes or related activities.
I hereby release Nirvana Yoga House LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur while participating in any activities organized by Nirvana Yoga House LLC. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during classes and events, and I agree to follow the instructions of the instructors and staff.
I am aware that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I am aware that I may need to provide my own yoga mat and props for certain classes or events. I acknowledge that I have read and understood any guidelines or requirements provided by Nirvana Yoga House LLC regarding equipment and attire.
I understand that circumstances may arise that require me to cancel my participation in a scheduled class or event. In the event of cancellation, I agree to adhere to the following policy:
Cancellation Period: A minimum of 2 hour notice is required for class/event cancellations.
Late Cancellation/No Show: Failure to provide at least 2 hours notice will result in a $12 fee.
I am aware that all classes, workshops, and events at Nirvana Yoga House LLC begin promptly at their start times and late entry is not possible, and therefore will not be eligible for refunds or exemptions.
