We believe clear expectations create a better experience for everyone. Below you’ll find our cancellation policy and studio waiver, which apply to all students, regardless of membership type. When you create an account with Glofox, our booking platform, you are prompted to agree to the below:
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel or no show a pre-registered class less than 2 hours before the start time, a $12 late cancellation fee will be applied. Our cancellation policy applies to all students, including Unlimited Members and 30-Day Specials.
If you booked using a single class credit or a class pack and cancel more than 2 hours before class, the credit will be returned to your account. If the cancellation is made within the 2-hour window, the credit will be forfeited in addition to the $12 fee.
For events and workshops, if you cancel within the 2-hour window, you will still be charged the $12 fee, but the event ticket value will be applied to your account for future use.
To cancel, go to our scheduling page and login, then click “my profile” at the top right. You can see the classes you are scheduled for with a little “cancel” button next to them. You can do this on the Glofox app as well.
The doors will lock promptly at the start times of all classes, workshops, and events at Nirvana, and late entry is not an option. Please do not knock on the door, thank you for being considerate to your fellow community!
Classes may be canceled if no one is registered 1 hour before start time. For 6AM classes, please register by 10PM the night before to avoid cancellation.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly membership requires no long term commitment and auto-renews monthly. Yearly membership requires a 12-month commitment and renews yearly. Cancel with 1-week notice via email.
Liability Waiver
NIRVANA YOGA HOUSE LLC LIABILITY WAIVER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
I, [Participant's Full Name], acknowledge that my participation in yoga classes, workshops, events, or any other activities organized by Nirvana Yoga House LLC involves a certain degree of risk. I am aware that these activities require physical exertion, and I am participating voluntarily. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any yoga classes or related activities.
I hereby release Nirvana Yoga House LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff from any liability for any injuries or damages that may occur while participating in any in-person or online activities organized by Nirvana Yoga House LLC, including but not limited to classes, workshops, offsite events, and content accessed through Nirvana Anywhere, our online class library. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during all activities, and I agree to follow the instructions of the instructors and staff.
NIRVANA ANYWHERE
By accessing the Nirvana Anywhere online library, I acknowledge that I am participating in yoga and movement content in an unsupervised environment. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur while using this platform. Nirvana Yoga House LLC, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any harm resulting from participation in online content.
OFFSITE EVENTS
For any events hosted by Nirvana Yoga House LLC at locations other than our studio, I acknowledge that Nirvana Yoga House LLC is not responsible for the conditions of the offsite venue and is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur at such events.
I am aware that all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that circumstances may arise that require me to cancel my participation in a scheduled class or event. In the event of cancellation, I agree to adhere to the following policy:
Cancellation Period: A minimum of 2 hours notice is required for class and event cancellations.
Late Cancellation/No Show: Failure to provide at least 2 hours notice will result in a $12 fee.
I am aware that all classes, workshops, and events at Nirvana Yoga House LLC begin promptly at their scheduled start times. Late entry is not permitted, and late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds or exemptions.
I understand that if no students are pre-registered for a class within 1 hour of the start time, Nirvana Yoga House LLC reserves the right to cancel that class. For 6AM classes, if no students are pre-registered by 10PM the night before, the class will be cancelled. I acknowledge that pre-registering for class is my responsibility and that failure to do so may result in class cancellation.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Nirvana Yoga House LLC is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or background, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio or termination of membership without refund. All participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness and respect through their words and actions. Participants are also expected to wear comfortable, appropriate clothing suitable for movement and to help maintain the cleanliness and care of the studio space.
By creating an account and accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Cancellation Policy and agree to abide by them.
