We’ll start with warm tea and quiet journaling, then melt into a prop-supported Slow Flow including breath work and a sleep mask to explore Pratyhara, the yogic practice of withdrawing from external stimulation so your mind and nervous system can settle. You can use the sleep mask during parts of the flow, or take it off anytime. Come in your coziest pajamas and leave feeling calm, grounded, and deeply relaxed.
