WHAT IS BUTI YOGA?
Designed to help you get out of your head and into your body, this high-intensity class blends deep stretching, strength training, cardio bursts, and primal movement. Buti, an Indian Marathi word meaning "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret," is a fun, sweaty, and stress-releasing experience that leaves you feeling liberated and transformed physically, emotionally, and energetically.
